These terms explain how to use Pawzody's pet profiles, daily care tools, AI features, community, product picks, and paid plans.

Your account
Create an account with accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity through your account. You can change your name, email, and password, export your data, or delete your account in Settings after signing in.
Pet profiles and care tracking
You can save pet details, photos, meals, walks, moods, notes, and care tasks. Keep this information current when you use it to guide your own decisions. Pawzody is a tracking tool; it does not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
Ask Zody and AI portraits
Ask Zody uses the selected pet profile and your question to suggest practical next steps. AI answers may be incomplete or wrong. For illness, injury, poisoning, breathing trouble, or other urgent symptoms, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic. Portrait generation uses the photos you upload and may create an image that differs from the source. Only upload images that you have the right to use.
Portrait generation and edits use Pawzody Credits. The available credits and plan limits appear in your account and billing pages; a successful generation deducts a credit.
Community and stories
Community posts, replies, and approved testimonials may be visible to other users or on the public homepage. Share only content you are comfortable publishing. Do not post abuse, spam, another person's private information, or content you do not have permission to share. Pawzody administrators may hide or remove content that violates these rules.
Plans, add-ons, and checkout
The billing page shows the current price, limits, and credit allowance for each plan or add-on before checkout. Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. A plan or add-on is applied only after payment is confirmed. Premium is a one-time purchase for one month of access, with 15 Pawzody Credits per confirmed purchase. It does not renew automatically. Renewing before expiry extends the current end date; renewing after expiry starts a new month. At expiry your account returns to Free, keeping your credits, pet data, and purchased extra slots. Canceling Premium ends access immediately and does not refund the purchase. Recurring subscriptions purchased before this change must be canceled separately in Stripe to stop their charges.
Product Picks and external links
Product Picks are suggestions based on saved pet information, not veterinary recommendations or a guarantee that a product is suitable for your pet. Some retailer links may be affiliate links, which can earn Pawzody a commission if you purchase. Retailers control their own prices, stock, delivery, returns, and privacy practices.
Changes and account deletion
Pawzody may change features, prices, or these terms. The current version will be posted here. Deleting your account removes your Pawzody account and its related pet data and uploaded media from the application. Review the Privacy Policy for how information is handled by connected providers.
